960 the biblical purpose of the Shofar

 

SYNOPSIS: What is going on this world today? To stand alone with the word can be very lonely and even scary. The moon was not sighted anywhere in the world. So should we follow the rabbi’s and celebrate the new year? Absolutely not. What is the purpose of the Shofar? What is it prophetic purpose? Today we stand for the word and we hear the call of the Shofar.

SHOFAR: H7782 שׁפר / שׁופר shôphâr BDB Definition: horn, ram’s horn. From H8231 in the original sense of incising; a cornet (as giving a clear sound) or curved horn: - cornet, trumpet.
